SHIPPING DESTINATIONS: Orders are currently only shipped within United States.
ADDRESS: Please double check mailing/shipping address. If incorrect, customer is responsible for actual additional costs to reship the order. If the address is entered incorrectly, I am unable to make changes and order will be cancelled so order can be placed using correct address. This is to prevent fraud; it happens.
INSURANCE: First Class standard mail does not include shipping insurance, you have the option to select Priority Mail which does.
TRACKING: Packages are delivered to USPS at approximately 3 pm Pacific Time. Status updates seem to appear once it has LEFT a facility (most likely for security reasons). Usually the initial status appears after midnight, following drop off.
LOST PACKAGE: If the USPS status shows your package was delivered, but you did not receive it, the best option is to contact your local Postmaster directly by phone or in person as quickly as possible. Usually they can track the route with GPS to see if it was delivered to an incorrect house/street. If this doesn't locate your package, unfortunately there is a 30 day waiting period before you are able to file a claim through USPS. If mail theft occurred please file a police report and work directly with local authorities and your insurance company.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS - Different countries have different regulations regarding imports, customs, ingredients, labeling, etc with bath and body products. Honestly, it's a lot just to keep up with USA laws and regulations, let alone another country. Some customers have their purchases shipped to friends, family or freight forwarders in the United States who then forward items to them. Shipping address on order must be located within USA.
